This amazing collection of over 120 vintage photographs and historical texts presents an in-depth view of tipi life among the various Native Peoples of the North American continent. Many of the photographs are from the late 1800s and early 1900s and were gathered over a 40-year period. From the painted tipis of the Blackfoot and Shoshone in the Southwest to Ojibwa hunting lodges in Canada, over 16 tribes are featured.
