1. CMMS hereby engages __________ to display and sell their work at the NATIVE AMERICAN HOLIDAY MARKET held at Collinsville VFW-Post 5691 on NOV. 29 & 30, 2024

2. __________ Shall be present during the Indian Market operational hours, Friday, November 29, 11:00am-6:00pm, November 30, 2023, 9:00am-6:00pm. The aforementioned shall make themselves available to answer questions and/or comments from the visitors and is strongly encouraged to provide demonstrations of their crafts periodically throughout the weekend. I understand I will not begin selling my products until 9:00AM on Friday. With set-up FRIDAY morning 8-11:00 AM

3. The VFW can provide (1) 8’ foot table, if needed and 2 chairs. Each booth space will be (1) – 8’ TABLE.

5. __________ Shall hold the State of Illinois, IDNR, Cahokia Mounds State Historic Site, Cahokia Mounds Museum Society and the VFW harmless and defend the same for all claims for injury or damages to persons or property arising from participation in this program.
