This event will support two local non- profits\, Cahokia Mounds Museum Society (CMMS) and the Powell Archaeologic al Research Center (PARC). CMMS's mission is to preserve and interpret Cah okia Mounds with outreach events\, marketing efforts\, educational program ming\, research\, and land acquisition efforts.
